The Station condominium project was a two phase infill project built on less than 2 acres of vacant land as part of the transformation of downtown Transcona. Built inside a well-established neighborhood, The Station complements, not competes with the existing residential and commercial buildings surrounding it. The Station condominiums provide access to shopping, banking, professional services and restaurants within easy walking distance. A common courtyard located between the two buildings provides residents with a park-like green space for outdoor relaxation and socialization in an urban setting.
Phase 1 “Pandora” is located at 215 Pandora Avenue West and consists of 57 apartment style condominium units and 6 bungalow style units. The bungalow style units are quite unique as they are connected to the apartment style units on the main floor. Residents of the bungalow units have two private entrances (one at the front of the building and one in the parkade) providing a residential home feel while enjoying all the comforts that an apartment style condominium building provides.
Phase 2 “Melrose” is located adjacent to Pandora at 216 Melrose Avenue West and consists of 45 apartment style condominiums. Both buildings have a parking garage on the main floor.
